What is Rotation?

Rotation on a worship team is the set of rules for spreading services evenly across members, so nobody serves every week and new people get room to grow.

Explanation

The most common rules: no more than two Sundays in a row, newcomers paired with someone experienced, and one free Sunday a month for everyone.
