Only you can see your team’s data
Kinor isolates each church’s data at the database level, stores it encrypted and makes backups every day. We don’t store phone numbers, and the Kinor team can’t access your data without your permission. You can export or delete everything at any time.
Six answers about your data
How is a church’s data isolated?
Each church is a separate workspace. PostgreSQL row-level security policies stop a query from one workspace from seeing another workspace’s rows.
What does Telegram see?
Only the messages the bot sends to a member. Schedules, songs and replies are stored in Kinor, not in Telegram.
Where is the data stored?
On servers in the EU, encrypted in transit and at rest. We make backups daily and keep them for 30 days.
How do I export or delete data?
An admin downloads everything as CSV or JSON with one button. A workspace is deleted within 7 days, backups included.
Are you GDPR compliant?
Yes. We sign a data processing agreement (DPA) with churches in the EU.
Who at Kinor has access?
Nobody, without your permission. Support sees your data only after an admin requests it, and only for a limited time.
Questions and answers
Do you sell data?
No. Kinor only makes money from plans.
Do you use data to train AI?
No.
What if the leader leaves the church?
Admin rights pass to someone else, and the data stays with the church.
