Can I get a refund?

Yes. If Kinor isn’t a fit, message support within 14 days of paying and we’ll refund the full amount.

Are there discounts for small churches and missions?

Yes, for mission churches, church plants and ministries in frontline cities in Ukraine. Message us and we’ll work something out.

Which cards and currencies can I pay with?

Visa or Mastercard, in USD or EUR.

Who counts as a member?

Anyone with a role on the team. A pastor or admin without a role doesn’t count.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, any time. If you move to a cheaper plan, the difference carries over to the next period.
