How long does the first setup take?
About 15 minutes: create a team, pick roles, send the link to the chat and create the month’s services. After that, the schedule takes a few minutes a week.
What if someone doesn’t reply to the request?
The bot reminds them 24 hours before the deadline. The leader sees who hasn’t answered and can set their status by hand.
Can I change the schedule after publishing?
Yes. Edit a row, and only the people affected get a message about the change.
What if someone doesn’t use Telegram?
They sign in by email with a magic link or install the Kinor app. They get requests and the schedule by email or push notification.
Do I need to install an app?
No. The leader works in the web dashboard or the Telegram Mini App, and members reply right in Telegram.
