What we process
- Account data: name, Telegram ID or email, interface language.
- Team data: roles, availability, replies to requests, schedules, songs and materials your team adds.
- Technical data: error and security logs, device type, push notification tokens.
Why
- To send availability requests, schedules and reminders.
- So auto-pick can suggest a lineup.
- To keep the service secure and stable.
Who we share data with
Only providers the service cannot run without (hosting, message delivery, push notifications). TODO — list of processors and countries.
How long we keep it
While your team uses the service, and for 90 days after the trial ends or the team is deleted. TODO — confirm retention periods.
Your rights
