How the Namet team (≈18 people) stopped scheduling in group chats
The Namet worship team has 18 vocalists and musicians, services every Sunday and rehearsals every Saturday. Before Kinor, the leader spent an evening on the month’s schedule and several more days on follow-ups. After the first month, the schedule takes about 15 minutes, and replies come in with one tap in Telegram.
